PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
According to the needs expressed by the user who accesses the various sections of the site, the purposes of the processing of personal data may be as follows:

  1. to allow the registration on the site, which is necessary for access to particular sections (for example “purchase of bottles”) and to provide and manage the various services offered as well as to receive communications on the services provided by Alphial S.r.l.;
  2. carry out marketing activities (for example sending promotional and advertising material, carrying out related analyzes on registered users, carrying out direct sales or placement activities of products and services, elaboration of studies and statistical research), also in favor of third parties; this service will be managed by email, fax, mms and sms, subject to specific consent and until the revocation of the same. Any subsequent request to delete your account from the site databases, pursuant to Article 7 of the Privacy Code, cannot relate to the contents created up to that moment, under penalty of compromising the database and subsequent responses by other users.

Pursuant to art. 7 of the privacy code, the interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, as well as having the right to obtain their communication in an intelligible form.

  3. the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools;

The interested party has the right to obtain:

  1. updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
  2. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes, for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
  3. the attestation that the operations referred to letters a) and b) above have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except when this fulfillment is revealed impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

The interested party has the right to object to the processing of their personal data in whole or in part:

  1. for legitimate reasons
  2. (without the need to justify the opposition) when the data is processed for commercial or marketing purposes.

METHOD OF EXERCISING THE RIGHTS UNDER ART. 7 OF THE CODE AND TO KNOW THE LIST OF DATA PROCESSORS

The exercise of the aforementioned rights can be carried out directly by the interested party, without particular formalities, by submitting a simple request addressed to the owner or manager, also through a person in charge of processing.

The user can, at any time, know the complete list of data processors by sending an e-mail message to the owner’s address privacy@alphial.eu .

The request can be referred, depending on the needs of the interested party, to specific personal data, to categories of data or to a particular treatment, or to all personal data concerning him, however processed.

In exercising the rights, the user may also choose to be assisted by a trusted person as well as confer, in writing, delegation or proxy to individuals, entities, associations or bodies.
